1.1. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") set forth the legally binding terms for your use of the services provided by Suite.Academy ("Company", "we", "our", "us"), which include access to learning videos, templates, and online courses related to SuiteCRM.
1.2. Our principal place of business is located in Germany, and our services are accessible globally. By using our services, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms.
1.3. The Company reserves the right to operate under trade names and specific branding as deemed necessary.

2. Services Offered
2.1. The Company offers various digital products and services, including but not limited to:
a. Pre-recorded video content and tutorials.
b. Comprehensive online courses covering various aspects of SuiteCRM.
c. Downloadable templates for practical implementation.
2.2. Additional services include live interaction through weekly or monthly group Q&A calls, providing users with the opportunity to engage with experts.

3. Subscription Model
3.1. Subscription to our services is offered through tiered plans, namely Pro & Exclusive, each billed on a monthly basis.
3.2. Users may enroll in a free plan, which provides limited access to our offerings.
3.3. Payment transactions are processed securely through third-party services such as PayPal and Braintree. We do not store any financial details locally.
3.4. Subscribers may cancel their plans at any time without incurring additional charges. However, payments for the past billing cycle are non-refundable.

4. User Data and Privacy
4.1. In order to provide our services effectively, we collect and process personal data, which includes but is not limited to, the user’s name, email address, and billing information.
4.2. All collected data is stored in a secured database with strict access controls. Payment processing is managed by our third-party partners, and we ensure compliance with their security standards.
4.3. The Company adheres to GDPR regulations, ensuring that users have the right to access, modify, and delete their personal data upon request.

5. Content Usage
5.1. All content provided by the Company is for personal or commercial use.
5.2. Users are prohibited from downloading, redistributing, or publicly displaying any content unless explicitly permitted by the Company.
5.3. Access to content is contingent upon the user’s active subscription. Once a subscription is canceled, access to the content is immediately revoked.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy
6.1. Users may cancel their subscription at any time through their account settings.
6.2. Refunds are available if a cancellation occurs shortly after the initial subscription purchase. However, ongoing subscriptions are non-refundable.
6.3. The Company retains the discretion to issue refunds based on individual circumstances, such as billing errors or service disruptions.

7. Jurisdiction and Governing Law
7.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany, and any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Wetzlar.
7.2. Users agree to submit to the jurisdiction of these courts in the event of a dispute.

8. Special Clauses for Europe
8.1. The Company complies with the GDPR by implementing robust data protection measures, including access controls.
8.2. Users within the European Union have the right to lodge complaints with data protection authorities if they believe their rights under GDPR have been violated.

9. Liability and Warranty

9.2. Under no circumstances shall the Company be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.

10.1. All content, including but not limited to videos, templates, and course materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of the Company.
10.2. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

11. Updates to Terms and Conditions
11.1. The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.
11.2. Users will be notified of any significant changes either through updates on this page or via email notifications. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.


Refund Policy Specifics
Refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis, particularly in instances of billing discrepancies or service outages. Past payments for services already rendered are non-refundable.
